He worked for Price Waterhouse Coopers as Audit Manager from 1975 to 1982. From 1982 to 1987 he was a Senior Audit Manager at KPMG Peat Marwick. During 1987 he founded Saldivar y Cia obtaining the representation of Summit International now named Baker Tilly. Member of Account Institute of Nuevo León and member of the Mexican Account Institute. His professional experience. He also taught at Instituto Tecnológico de Estudios Superiores de Monterrey the course in auditing. C.P. Laura Marina López Martínez Certified Accountant member of Mexican Institute of Accountants and also member of the Institute of Accountants of Nuevo León. Accountant López is a partner of Saldivar, S.C. in the area of taxes and audit. She studied at Universidad Autónoma de Nuevo Leon and she has a master in taxes. From 1981 to 1986 she worked at Secretary of Property and Public Credit (SHCP) and since 1987 she joined the firm. Lic. Eugenio Saldívar Gallegos Attorney of Law graduated from Instituto Tecnologico y de Estudios Superiores de Monterrey. He has two masters, one at University of Houston and other at Instituto Tecnológico y de Estudios Superiores de Monterrey. From 2001 to 2004 he worked for Price Waterhouse Coopers. In 2005 he joined Saldivar S.C. The professional experience of Mr. Saldívar is in the tax area and corporative law. He also has been a professor of law at University of Monterrey and ITESM. He also taught the subject of taxes at ITESM. C.P. Francisco J. Ayala Cavazoz Accountant by Instituto Tecnologico y de Estudios Superiores de Monterrey. From 1985 to 1988 he worked for KPMG Pear Marwick as an Audit Supervisor. From 1988 to 1990 he worked at CONTRALORIA DE PLANTA de Altos Hornos de México, S.A. de C.V. From 1990 to 1992 he worked as a General Accountant and General Manager at Importaciones de la Mancha S.A. de C.V. In 1992 he joined Saldivar S.C. as a partner in Audit and Advisor in management. He has taught accounting and systems of administrative control at ITESM and Universidad Mexicana del Noreste.     nm
